Vibration of Life Presenter Information
PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL:
1. Print your parking pass and display it on your dash board. Leave it there while you are parked there.
2. Arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to your presentation.
3. Park in the West parking lot.
UPON ARRIVAL:
1. Go directly to the registration table at the entrance to Vibration of Life to sign in. We will direct you to the presenter’s lounge.
2. The GREEN ROOM is a place for the presenters to wait, before their presentations. There will be bottled water there. Please bring snacks if you need them. There will be vegetarian food vendors at the event to purchase.
4. Your complementary concert tickets will be issued to you on the day of the event.
5. Please allow for a quick set up and a presentation that begins and ends on time.
BEFORE YOUR PRESENTATION:
1. Be at the door of the Presentation Room 20 minutes before your presentation and meet the HOST.
2. You will be directed in and out of the presentation room by the Room Host. The HOST will be wearing a lanyard with host identification.
3. Agree as to whether you will take questions at a specific time.
4. The HOST will give you time indications agreed on between you and him/her.
5. Whatever print media (flyers, brochures, etc.) you have should be carried in easy to distribute containers. You can distribute them at the beginning of your workshop or afterwards at the table outside of the presentation room. Expect windy conditions where you will be providing this info. Bring paper weights.
5. Have a brief bio ready to share with the host for your introduction. (2 or 3 sentences)
DURING YOUR PRESENTATION:
1. You will have a total of 45 minutes for your presentation. We are suggesting that you limit your talk to 30 minutes in order to engage the attendees in a Q&A to end your time. It’s your time though, use as you please.
2. There will be no food or drink (besides bottled water) allowed in the presentation rooms.
AFTER YOUR PRESENTATION:
1. You will be guided to a table outside the presentation room to respond to questions or be available to the public. Please support us in clearing the room completely and quickly so that the next presentation can begin on time.
2. Please enjoy your time with us as we continue to build this vibrant community.
